I can say that I enjoyed this weekend the best. Well, apart from spending the weekend with my family, I prefer spending it alone, and quietly. Indeed, this weekend was nice because I get to spend the time to myself, reading novels, updating my sites, writing, playing music.. all the things I like. My housemate is here but she's doing her own thing, and that's what I like about her - knowing how I appreciate my own privacy. I don't like chattering noise and I keep my room door close most of the time because I don't fancy listening to people talking outside my room. Plus, my housemates are not fond of Korean music so I don't want to disturb them by playing the songs out loud, so I will wear my headphones. However, there are time when I just want a quiet environment where I don't play any music and I'll just sit quietly, reading or marking essays. I guess that is what I really am. An introvert. Well, socially introvert.

Alright, before you start thinking that I am a weirdo, let's talk about books. I just updated my GoodReads page with books that I have read and whatnots. Looking at the types of books that I have read and want to read, I think it can also describe my personality. Ranging from chiclits, classicals, fiction and crime, I think I read for leisure. I can't read books which requires a lot of thinking because then I can't do other work but to sit and try to find out what is the actual message that the book wants to convey. Same goes when it comes to movie. Being a BENL student, I've been trained to "read between the scene" and because of that, I can't help but to let my mind work while watching movies. My sisters hate it when I told them about the foreshadowing, the environmental clues in the movie which they said "real-time spoilers".
